This home in the Boston, MA area experienced water damage caused by their neighbor's tub. The water seeped through the ceiling and was not discovered for sometime due to the family being away on vacation. They quickly called SERVPRO of Roslindale/Hyde Park once the damage was discovered.
We were able to get onsite within an hour to help. Our first priority was ensuring the area was safe. We used our state of the art moisture meter to detect high moisture levels in the ceiling. We then removed the affected ceiling. Once complete we proceeded to dry the floors with our drying equipment. Another happy customer!
